Elizabeth Noble LMT., has been working as a Massage Therapist since August 2005. She graduated from Phoenix College as a Massage Therapist in May of 2005.
Elizabeth has studied several modalities while being a massage therapist which are: Trigger Point, Swedish, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Reflexology, and Lymphatic.
Elizabeth was inspired to be a Massage Therapist by her father and step-mother, who were both in the medical profession. She saw the good that each of them were doing and had a desire to help people in a personal way. While her children were young, she went to night school during the week and took care of her small children during the day. Now with that degree and her children older, she loves being in a position to help others with her knowledge and skills. Elizabeth has seen the miracle of relief through massage therapy and stretching and continues to enjoy improving the health of her clients.
Elizabeth has been happily married to her loving husband, David, for 23 years. They have two teenage sons. Elizabeth has been actively involved in her church with the young women’s program and donates some of her free time by doing chair massages at charity events.
